You should know the basic stiches: chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet. All the other stitches used in the pattern are explained. Includes for example Extended single crochet> EXsc.

This pattern is written in standard American terms and includes Many photos of the process.

XS Bust> 30 1/2 - 32 1/2”/ 78-82cm, Waist> 23 - 24 1/2”/ 58-62cm, Hip> 34 - 35 1/2” / 86-90cm

S Bust> 32 1/2 - 34” / 82-86cm, Waist>24 1/2 - 27” / 62-68cm, Hip> 35 1/2 - 37” / 90-94cm

M Bust> 34 - 35 1/2” / 86-90cm, Waist> 27 - 29” / 68-74cm, Hip> 37 - 38 1/2” / 94-98cm

L Bust> 35 1/2 - 38" / 90-96cm, Waist> 29 - 31” / 74-80cm, Hip> 38 1/2 - 40” / 98-102cm

XL Bust> 36 - 40" / 96-102cm, Waist>31 - 33” / 80-84cm, Hip> 40 - 42” / 102-106cm

XXL Bust> 40 - 42" / 102-106cm, Waist>33 - 35” / 84-88cm, Hip> 42 - 43 1/2” / 106-110cm

Materials:
*Color 1 (elastic yarn recommended)> 220(245,270,320,370,420) meters /
240(270,295,350,400,460) yds
Color 2> 100(115,140,155,185,210) meters / 110(125,153,170,200,230) yds

Yarn weight for color 1 and 2> fine/2 - DK/3/light worsted. For color 2 also works fine/2/sport/light - 4ply/fingering weight yarn.

The top in the instructions is made with Alize Diva Silky effect crochet with very fine elastic thread as 2nd strand (color 1) and DMC Natura just cotton (color 2). White top with colorful stripes is made with Cascade Fixation (elastic, color 1) and DMC Natura just cotton (color 2).

The Alize Diva Silky effect alone would be little bit too fine as color 1, but crochet with fine elastic thread, as done here, it works quite well.

*Yarn suggestions for color 1> elastic> Alize Diva Stretch double stranded (notice that if doubled, you’ll need double the meters/yds of yarn), Kartopu Marmaris (elastic), Valeria di Roma Elastic, Rosas Crafts Stretch. Non-elastic> Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK, Rico Essentials Cotton DK, Yarns
and Colors Must Have, Natura Just Cotton, Katia Cotton Fair, Schachenmayr Catania,

Two ways to make the top stretchy>
1. To crochet with very fine elastic thread as 2nd strand, like I have done here in the instructions.
2. To sew elastic string afterwards into the ribbing below bust (instructions on pages 8,9)

Suggestion for color 2> 3/ DK/light worsted - 4-ply fingering weight yarn> for example Schachenmayr Catania Color, Milla Mia Naturally Soft Cotton, Cascade Ultra Pima, Yarns and Colors Must-Have, Regia Cotton Tutti Frutti. This color can be elastic or non-elastic.

*Crochet hook for the ribbing> 4mm/F-G/5-6. Hook for the body/bust 5mm/H/8. Check the gauge and use any hook!

*Optional> Elastic string 1.20m-1.80m to sew after into the ribbing (see on page 8). When done with Cascade Fixation, I didn’t need to add any extra elasticity. But when wearing, it can keep the shape better, if elastic is added.

Top can be made longer, but I haven't counted the additional amount of yarn for that.
