You should know the basic stiches: chain stitch, single crochet, slip stitch, double crochet. All the other sticthes used in the pattern are explained.

This pattern is written in standard American terms and includes lot of photos of the process.

Pattern includes instructions for the following sizes XS,S/M and L.
Also Instructions to add the lining.

Materials needed:
50g/1.3/4oz Super fine/1/fingering (Fine/2) weight yarn. The Top in the pictures are made with
*Alize Diva Stretch (92% Microfiber, 8% Elastic): 100g=400m/3.52oz=438yards and
*Nako comfort stretch: 50g=193m/1.75oz=211yds
Crochet hook: 2.5mm/C or 3/D depending of the bikini size or any hook size to obtain the gauge! And smaller hook for the pigots.
Lycra fabric/ or other light swimsuit material for the lining and ties .
Some beads if you choose to decorate the ties.
